As a PE-backed Wholesaler and Retailer, PaintWell has set ambitious targets. Unfortunately, PaintWell’s previous IT supplier encountered problems when migrating them from physical to hosted servers, which led to an interrupted service, and the loss of vital data and emails. To compound matters, they also fell victim to a ransomware attack at the worst possible moment.

At a time when PaintWell was in a state of high vulnerability and low confidence, we used our expertise in high-end IT solutions to solve the issues they faced.

We successfully stabilised the situation, and in partnership with their internal IT team, moved everything over to the Microsoft Modern Workplace platform, providing the best in class security across all devices,and delivering a proactive and reactive support package via our helpdesk for total peace of mind.
