For the past 17 years we have been a strategic IT partner to Axon Moore, a leading full-service financial recruitment consultancy with headquarters in Manchester and multiple offices across the North of England.

During this time, we have successfully built and managed the IT infrastructure that has supported Axon Moore through growth, and the challenges they faced as a result of national lockdowns, helping them to operate seamlessly and flexibly from any location.

Our partnership with Axon Moore is built on a strategy of transitioning to the cloud, enabling them to take advantage of the productivity benefits and cost efficiencies that come with an integrated environment.

We have achieved this by building a bespoke CRM system operating on the Microsoft Azure platform, moving their data store to SharePoint, and local storage to OneDrive.

This resulted in a highly efficient and agile system that has helped to streamline operations and boost productivity. As part of our commitment to ensuring that Axon Moore can fully harness the power of their IT infrastructure, we have also taken them through a
hardware upgrade program, provided them with modern laptops to replace their outdated computers, as well as delivering training to up-skill users. This has not only reduced helpdesk issues, but also improved security and resilience across the entire business.
